Find it in the mushaf: Surah Muhammad is surah 47. Find ayah 10. The key words afalam yasiru mean have they not travelled. The Quran invites us to travel, look at ruins of past peoples and learn from their choices. History helps us avoid repeating mistakes.

Ages 5–8: Time traveller. Ask a grandparent what life was like when they were young.

Ages 9–12: History lesson. Pick one ancient people and write one lesson from their story.
