The Day of Sorting is the set time for all of them.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you sort things into groups?"
Watch the Kids Academy video Sort the Same Group Two Different Ways.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the Day called?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How will Allah sort people fairly?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ad-Dukhan is surah 44. Find ayah 40. The key words yawm al-fasl mean the Day of Sorting, of final decision. On that Day, truth and falsehood, good and bad will be separated clearly. Everyone has an appointment with it. Allah's sorting is completely fair, based on hearts and deeds, not looks or money.
Fact: What other names does the Quran give the Day of Judgement?
Ages 5–8: Sort it out. Sort buttons or blocks by colour, then by size, and talk about fair sorting.
Ages 9–12: Names of the Day. List four names of the Day of Judgement and what each means.
Finish with: "I found that other names include ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will 'sort' my habits into keep and change."
Action: 'sort' your habits into keep and change.
