Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who rewards the one who forgives?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is Allah's reward for forgiving so special?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shura is surah 42. Find ayah 40. The key word aslaha means he made peace or put things right. Islam is fair: a wrong may be answered with no more than its equal, so nothing gets worse. But the better path is shown next: forgive and fix the friendship. Allah Himself promises the reward for this, which is far greater than getting even.
