Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do I stand up for others too?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shura is surah 42. Find ayah 41. The key words min sabil mean any way of blame. If someone is treated unfairly and stands up for themselves in a fair way, they have done nothing wrong. Islam protects the rights of the one who was hurt. We can also stand up for others by speaking up and getting help.

Ages 5–8: Upstander role-play. Act out seeing a friend being teased and saying please stop, then getting an adult.

Ages 9–12: Rights and fairness. Write three rights every child has, like being safe and being treated with respect.
