وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّۢ وَلَا نَصِيرٍۢ
Wa mā 'antum bimuʻ'jizīna fī l-'ar'ḍi . wamā lakum mmin dūni -llahi min waliyyin walā naṣīrin
Nor can ye frustrate (aught), (fleeing) through the earth; nor have ye, besides Allah, any one to protect or to help.

You cannot get away from Him anywhere on earth, and apart from Allah you have no guardian and no helper.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Who do you run to when you feel scared?"
Watch the Tiny Sparks Stories video Al-Waali, the Protector and Caregiver.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who is our real Helper?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why can't anyone hide from Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ash-Shura is surah 42. Find ayah 31. The key word nasir means helper. No one can run away from Allah's power, no matter how far they go. That sounds serious, but it is also comforting: wherever we are, Allah is near to help. People can help us only because Allah allows it, and He is An-Nasir, the true Helper.
Fact: Which name of Allah means the Helper?
Ages 5–8: Helper hands. Trace your hands and write inside them the people Allah sends to help you.
Ages 9–12: Everywhere near. List five places far from home where Allah is still near and able to help.
Finish with: "I found that the Helper is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask Allah for help first when I feel worried."
Action: Ask Allah for help first when you feel worried.
