Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What surrounds everything?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does it mean that Allah surrounds all things?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Fussilat is surah 41. Ayah 54 is the last ayah. The key word muhit means encompassing or surrounding. Some people doubt that they will ever meet Allah. But Allah's knowledge and power surround everything; nothing is outside His reach. Surah Fussilat began with a clearly explained Book and ends by reminding us that we will meet the One who knows all.

Fact: Which name of Allah comes from the word muhit, meaning the All-Encompassing?

Ages 5–8: Circle of care. Draw a big circle and put everything you love inside it, then remember Allah surrounds even more.

Ages 9–12: Surah poster. Make a poster with one picture for each part of Surah Fussilat: the clear Book, creation, Ad and Thamud, our senses, answering bad with good, and signs.

Finish with: "I found that the name is ___."
