4-I guide
This Book is sent down from Allah, the Almighty, the One who knows all.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "If you could ask the wisest person anything, what would you ask?"
Watch the Islamic Lessons Made Easy video Al-Aleem Explained.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who sent down this Book?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does Allah know that I don't?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ghafir is surah 40. Find ayah 2. The key word tanzil means sending down. The Quran is from Allah, Al-Aziz, the Almighty whom nothing can defeat, and Al-Alim, who knows everything. Because the Quran comes from the One who knows all, its guidance is always right, even when we do not yet understand why.
Fact: What are the two names of Allah at the end of this ayah in Arabic?
Ages 5–8: I know, Allah knows. Take turns saying one thing you know, then say: Allah knows even more.
Ages 9–12: Question box. Write three big questions and look for what the Quran says about one of them.
Finish with: "I found that the two names are ___ and ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask an adult about one ayah I want to understand better."
Action: Ask an adult about one ayah you want to understand better.
