Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah keep inviting us to faith?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ghafir is surah 40. Find ayah 10. The key word tud'awna means you were called. These people were invited to believe again and again, but they kept saying no. On the Last Day they will be full of regret. Allah invites us every day: through the adhan, the Quran and good reminders. Saying yes now brings joy later.

Ages 5–8: Yes to good. Play a game where someone suggests good deeds and everyone shouts yes and does it.

Ages 9–12: Daily invitations. List all the ways Allah invites you to good in one day.

Finish with: "I found that we ask at least ___ times a day."

• How can we say yes more often?
• What would you like to ask about this ayah?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will say yes straight away when called to salah."
