4-I guide
Say: My people, carry on doing what you can, and I will do my part, and you will soon know.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does it mean to do your best and leave the rest to Allah?"
Watch the MeemAinn video Tawakkul: do your best and leave the rest to Allah.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What does the Prophet say he will do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What is my part in a hard task?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Az-Zumar is surah 39. Find ayah 39. The key word amilun means I am working. The Prophet told those who opposed him: keep doing what you are doing, and I will keep doing my part. He did not give up or argue endlessly. He worked steadily and trusted Allah with the results.
Fact: Which ayah in Surah Al-An'am also says? Work as you are able, I too am working?
Ages 5–8: My part chart. Draw what you can do for a family task and what you leave to Allah.
Ages 9–12: Steady work. Choose a goal and write the steps that are your part.
Finish with: "I found that the ayah is Al-An'am ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will work steadily on one goal and trust Allah with the result."
Action: Work steadily on one goal and trust Allah with the result.
