4-I guide
He said: I am heading to my Lord, and He will lead me.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What helps you feel brave when starting something new?"
Watch the Little Deen Tales video The Little Bird Who Trusted Allah.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Where did Ibrahim say he was going?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did Ibrahim know Allah would guide him?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 99. The key word sayahdin means He will guide me. Ibrahim left his homeland to go where he could worship Allah freely. He did not know every step ahead, but he trusted that Allah would guide him. This is tawakkul: doing our part and relying on Allah.
Fact: What does the word tawakkul mean?
Ages 5–8: Trust walk. Walk slowly with a family member guiding you and talk about Allah guiding us.
Ages 9–12: New starts. Write about a new start you faced and how du'a helped.
Finish with: "I found that tawakkul means ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask Allah for guidance before something new."
Action: Ask Allah for guidance before something new.
