ثُمَّ إِنَّ مَرْجِعَهُمْ لَإِلَى ٱلْجَحِيمِ

And then their way back is to the Blazing Fire.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Which is bigger: Allah's mercy or His anger?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Where do the wrongdoers return?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I always stay close to Allah's mercy?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 68. The key word marji' means place of return. This ends the short description of the Fire. The Quran mentions it so that we take care, but Allah is Ar-Rahim, the Especially Merciful, and He opens the door of repentance every day for anyone who turns to Him.
Fact: How many surahs in the Quran begin with "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful"?
Ages 5–8: Mercy jar. Fill a jar with notes about Allah's mercy you notice each day.
Ages 9–12: Mercy hunt. Find three ayat in the Quran about Allah's mercy and copy their references.
Finish with: "I found that ___ surahs begin with it."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will ask Allah for His mercy in my own words every day."
Action: Ask Allah for His mercy in your own words every day.
