Fa'innahum' la'ākilūna min'hā famāli'ūna min'hā l-buṭūna
Truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith.

Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What is your favourite meal, and who provides it?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will the wrongdoers be forced to eat?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why is food a blessing?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 66. The key word al-butun means bellies. In the Fire, people are given food that never satisfies. In this life, Allah, Ar-Razzaq, gives us delicious, healthy food every day. Thanking Him for it, eating moderately and sharing with the hungry are ways to honour that blessing.
Fact: Which ayah in Surah Al-A'raf tells people to eat and drink but not to waste?
Ages 5–8: Thank-you plate. Draw your plate and label each food with "from Allah".
Ages 9–12: Hunger facts. Find out roughly how many people in the world go hungry and think of one way to help.
Finish with: "I found that the ayah is Al-A'raf ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will give some food or money to help someone who is hungry."
Action: Give some food or money to help someone who is hungry.
