4-I guide
Its buds look like the heads of devils.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do you imagine when someone says something is really ugly?"
Watch the Majed Mahmoud video Do This to Protect Children from the Devil.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the fruit compared to?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why compare it to something we have never seen?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 65. The key word tal' means the fruit buds of a tree. Nobody has seen a devil's head, but everyone imagines it as the ugliest thing possible. The comparison makes the warning clear without describing more. We protect ourselves from devils by remembering Allah, especially with bismillah, morning and evening remembrance and the last surahs.
Fact: How many surahs in the Quran begin with "Say, I seek refuge"?
Ages 5–8: Protection routine. Make a picture card of your morning protection du'as.
Ages 9–12: Daily shield. Write a morning and evening remembrance routine you can keep.
Finish with: "I found that ___ surahs begin that way."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will keep a morning remembrance routine."
Action: Keep a morning remembrance routine.
