Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why is it important to look after your body and your mind?"
Watch the Islamic Reminders video A 2-Minute Journey to the Rivers of Jannah.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will the drink of Jannah never do?"

Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 47. The key word ghawl means harm or headache. In Jannah, nothing hurts the body or clouds the mind. Fact: What does the word halal mean?
Ages 5–8: Healthy choices. Sort pictures of foods and drinks into "good for my body" and "not good".
Ages 9–12: Trust list. Write five ways you can take care of your mind and body as a trust from Allah.
Finish with: "I found that halal means ___."

Talk together:

Action: Choose one healthy drink instead of a sugary one each day.
