4-I guide
Pure white, a pleasure to everyone who drinks it.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Which colour makes you think of something clean and pure?"
Watch the DoaDeen video 4 Rivers of Jannah Described in the Quran.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How is the drink described?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What are the four rivers of Jannah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 46. The key word baida' means white, bright and pure. The drink of Jannah looks pure and tastes delightful. The Quran describes rivers in Jannah of water that never goes stale, milk that never changes taste, and pure honey. Everything there is fresh and wholly good for those who drink.
Fact: Which ayah in Surah Muhammad describes four kinds of rivers in Jannah?
Ages 5–8: Taste test. Taste water, milk and honey and thank Allah for each.
Ages 9–12: Fresh or stale. Find out why milk goes sour in this world and talk about Jannah's drinks never changing.
Finish with: "I found that the ayah is Muhammad ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will finish my drinks and not waste them."
Action: Finish your drinks and not waste them.
