4-I guide
So We cast him onto the empty shore, and he was sick.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you feel after being ill for a while?"
Watch the One4kids video Nasheed: Prophet Yunus Song with Zaky.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Where did Yunus end up?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who looked after Yunus on the shore?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 145. The key word al-'ara' means an open, bare place. Allah commanded the fish to release Yunus onto an empty shore. He was weak and unwell, but alive. After hardship came relief, just as Allah promises. Allah did not leave him there alone, as the next ayah shows.
Fact: Which surah says that with hardship comes ease, twice?
Ages 5–8: Get well kit. Draw a get-well kit with things that help someone feel better.
Ages 9–12: Hardship then ease. Write about a time when ease came after a hard time.
Finish with: "I found that the surah is ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will help someone who is tired or unwell."
Action: Help someone who is tired or unwell.
