4-I guide
He would have stayed in its belly until the Day people are brought back to life.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why is remembering Allah so powerful?"
Watch the Faith and Light kids video Prophet Yunus and the Big Whale.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How long might Yunus have stayed in the fish?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How did glorifying Allah change everything?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 144. The key word yub'athun means they are raised up. Without his remembrance of Allah, Yunus would have stayed there until the Day of Rising. His dhikr changed his whole story. Remembering Allah in good times also helps us in hard times.
Fact: What is the Arabic word for remembering Allah with our tongue and heart?
Ages 5–8: Remembrance beads. Make a bead string and use it to remember Allah.
Ages 9–12: Good times, hard times. Write why remembering Allah in easy times helps in difficult times.
Finish with: "I found that the word is ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will remember Allah for one minute every morning."
Action: Remember Allah for one minute every morning.
