Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Where would you feel most alone?"

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happened to Yunus?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Was Yunus scared inside the fish?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah As-Saffat is surah 37. Find ayah 142. The key word al-hut means the big fish. A huge fish swallowed Yunus, and he blamed himself for leaving early. Even in the deepest darkness, Allah was with him and kept him alive. No place is too dark for Allah's care.
Fact: What is the largest animal on Earth?
Ages 5–8: Never alone. Turn off the light for a moment and say "Allah is with me."
Ages 9–12: Ocean giants. Find three facts about the largest sea creatures.

Talk together:
