4-I guide
That was a time when the believers were tested and shaken very hard.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What makes a tree's roots stronger?"
Watch the Zill Noorain Kids video Events of the Trench, Part 1.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What happened to the believers?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah test believers?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Ahzab is surah 33. Find ayah 11. The key word ubtuliya means were tested. Trees that face strong winds grow deeper roots. Tests can shake us, but they also make faith stronger and show who is sincere. The believers came through this test with stronger hearts.
Fact: How do trees grow stronger wood when they sway in the wind?
Ages 5–8: Wobbly tower. Build a block tower, shake the table gently, and rebuild it with a wider base.
Ages 9–12: Test journal. Write about a hard time that made you stronger.
Finish with: "I found that trees grow stronger by ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will stay patient in one difficult thing."
Action: Stay patient in one difficult thing.
