إِذْ جَآءُوكُم مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ وَمِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنكُمْ وَإِذْ زَاغَتِ ٱلْأَبْصَٰرُ وَبَلَغَتِ ٱلْقُلُوبُ ٱلْحَنَاجِرَ وَتَظُنُّونَ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلظُّنُونَا۠
How to read it
'Idh' jā'ūkum mmin faw'qikum' wamin' 'as'fala minkum' wa'idh' zāghati l-'ab'ṣāru wabalaghati l-qulūbu l-ḥanājira wataẓunnūna bi-llahi ẓẓunūnā
Behold! they came on you from above you and from below you, and behold, the eyes became dim and the hearts gaped up to the throats, and ye imagined various (vain) thoughts about Allah!
