Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which kind of giving multiplies?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can charity grow?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rum is surah 30. Find ayah 39. The key word riba means interest, extra money charged for a loan. It may look like growth, but it does not grow with Allah, because it often takes from those in need. Zakah and charity look like loss, but Allah multiplies them.

Fact: In Surah Al-Baqarah, what does Allah say He does to riba and to charity, in ayah 276?

Ages 5–8: Growing seeds. Plant one seed and imagine how many seeds the plant will make, like charity growing.

Ages 9–12: Real growth. Write how charity can help both the giver and the receiver.

Finish with: "I found that Allah ___ riba and ___ charity."
