أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَٰتٍۢ لِّقَوْمٍۢ يُؤْمِنُونَ
'Awalam' yaraw' 'anna -llaha yab'suṭu rriz'qa liman yashā'u wayaq'diru . 'inna fī dhālika la'āyātin lliqaw'min yu''minūna
See they not that Allah enlarges the provision and restricts it, to whomsoever He pleases? Verily in that are Signs for those who believe.

Allah gives some people more provision and others less, as He wills, and this is a sign for believers.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why might two hardworking people earn different amounts?"
Watch the Baby Rhythm TV story Allah Is Merciful.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who decides provision?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah give some people more?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rum is surah 30. Find ayah 37. The key word rizq means provision: food, money, health, friends and knowledge. Allah gives more to some and less to others as a test. The rich are tested by gratitude and sharing; those with less are tested by patience. Both can win.
Fact: Which of Allah's names means the Provider?
Ages 5–8: Provision basket. Draw a basket with all the kinds of provision Allah gives you.
Ages 9–12: Two tests. Write how having more and having less are both tests.
Finish with: "I found that the name is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will share something I have more of with someone who has less."
Action: Share something you have more of with someone who has less.
