Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rum is surah 30. Find ayah 36. The key words farihu and yaqnatun mean they rejoice and they despair. Some people swing from wild happiness to hopelessness. Believers stay balanced: thankful in good times, patient and hopeful in hard times, remembering that some troubles come from our own choices.
