Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What happens to my body while I sleep?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Rum is surah 30. Find ayah 23. The key word manamukum means your sleep. A sign to ponder: while we sleep, the body repairs itself, the brain sorts memories and we grow. Then we wake up refreshed to seek Allah's bounty through work and study. This ayah calls these signs for people who listen.

Ages 5–8: Sleep chart. Make a chart of your bedtime and wake-up time for a week.

Ages 9–12: Sleep and study. Track how your sleep affects your focus at school for a week.
