4-I guide
These are ayat of a Book that makes matters plain.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What helps you understand something confusing?"
Watch the IANT Masjid summary of Surah Al-Qasas.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How is the Book described?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What does the Quran make clear for me?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qasas is surah 28. Find ayah 2. The key word al-mubin means clear, or making things clear. The Quran explains right and wrong, tells us about Allah, and shows the way. A clear book is one we can understand and live by.
Fact: Which other surah has a second ayah that matches this one exactly?
Ages 5–8: Clear or cloudy. Look through clear water and muddy water and talk about the difference.
Ages 9–12: Clear lessons. Write three things the Quran has made clear to you.
Finish with: "I found that it is Surah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will read the meaning of one ayah slowly."
Action: Read the meaning of one ayah slowly.
