نَتْلُوا۟ عَلَيْكَ مِن نَّبَإِ مُوسَىٰ وَفِرْعَوْنَ بِٱلْحَقِّ لِقَوْمٍۢ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Allah recounts some of the true account of Musa and Pharaoh for those who have faith.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How is a true story different from a made-up one?"
Follow along with the Sahih International English reading of Al-Qasas. Play a few minutes.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who is the story about?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What will this story teach me?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Qasas is surah 28. Find ayah 3. The key words bil-haqq mean with truth. Many stories are invented, but this one really happened. Allah tells it so believers can learn courage, trust and patience from it.
Fact: Which surah of the Quran calls its own account the finest of stories, in ayah 3?
Ages 5–8: True or pretend. Sort picture cards into real events and fairy tales.
Ages 9–12: Story lessons. Write why Allah might tell us true stories instead of made-up ones.
Finish with: "I found that it is Surah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will retell one Quran story at bedtime."
