قُلْ سِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
Qul' sīrū fī l-'ar'ḍi fa-nẓurū kay'fa kāna ʻāqibatu l-muj'rimīna
Say: "Go ye through the earth and see what has been the end of those guilty (of sin)."

The Prophet is told to say: journey across the land and look at how the wrongdoers ended.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What can travel teach you?"
Adoring Quran posted Abu Bakr Shatri's An-Naml too.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What should travellers look at?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What lessons do ruins hold?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Naml is surah 27. Find ayah 69. The key word siru means travel. The Quran invites us to explore the world and learn from history. Ruins of old nations are lessons written on the earth. Travelling with open eyes builds wisdom.
Fact: Which ayah of Al Imran also tells people to travel the earth and see how deniers ended?
Ages 5–8: Travel journal. Draw a place you visited and what you learned there.
Ages 9–12: History trip. Plan a visit to a museum or historic site and list questions to ask.
Finish with: "I found it is ayah ___ of Al Imran."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will learn about one ancient place."
Action: Learn about one ancient place.
