فَمَكَثَ غَيْرَ بَعِيدٍۢ فَقَالَ أَحَطتُ بِمَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِۦ وَجِئْتُكَ مِن سَبَإٍۭ بِنَبَإٍۢ يَقِينٍ
Famakatha ghay'ra baʻīdin faqāla 'aḥaṭtu bimā lam' tuḥiṭ' bihī waji''tuka min saba'in binaba'in yaqīnin
But the Hoopoe tarried not far: he (came up and) said: "I have compassed (territory) which thou hast not compassed, and I have come to thee from Saba with tidings true.

The hoopoe was not gone long and said it had discovered something Sulayman did not know, bringing certain news from Saba.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Can a small creature know something a king does not?"

Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Naml is surah 27. Find ayah 22. The key word naba'in yaqin means certain news. The hoopoe told the king something he did not know. Sulayman listened. A wise leader learns even from the smallest member. Saba was a rich kingdom in southern Arabia.
