Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nur is surah 24. Find ayah 7. This ayah is still about the solemn process before a judge. The husband asks Allah to judge him if he is lying. That shows how serious it is to lie about such a thing before Allah, who knows the truth. The details belong to judges and scholars. The lesson for us: be honest, and never accuse anyone without proof. A parent or teacher can answer other questions.
Fact: Which ayah of An-Nur warns that passing on a story we do not know is not a small thing? Look between ayat 14 and 16.
Ages 5–8: I saw it, or I heard it? A parent says simple sentences. Your child answers "I saw it" or "I only heard it", and talks about which one is enough to blame someone.
Ages 9–12: Trust tower. Build a tower of blocks. Each truth adds a block; talk about what a lie does to the tower.
Finish with: "I found it in ayah ___."
