4-I guide
Musa felt a fear inside himself.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Do brave people ever feel afraid?"
Sufyan Qadhi has the whole of Ta-Ha by Nasser Al-Qatami. Play just the first stretch.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Where did Musa feel the fear?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What makes someone brave even when afraid?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ta-Ha is surah 20. Find ayah 67. Musa was a prophet, yet he felt fear. Bravery isn't having no fear; it's trusting Allah and acting anyway.
Fact: What happens in the body when we feel fear? Find two things.
Ages 5–8: Brave anyway. Share a time you were scared but did it anyway.
Ages 9–12: Fear and faith. Write how faith helps with fear.
Finish with: "I found fear makes the body ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do one thing even though I feel scared."
Action: Do one thing even though you feel scared.
