No reflections for this ayah yet. Be the first, by reflecting with the 4-I journey below!
4-I guide
Allah will inherit everything he boasted about, and he will come before Allah all alone.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What can we take with us to the next life?"
Put on Abdul Basit Abdus-Samad's Maryam from Adel Zauk (عادل زوق ) and follow along for a little while.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How will he come to Allah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "If we come alone, what really matters?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Maryam is surah 19. Find ayah 80. Wealth and children stay behind. Each person meets Allah alone, with only their deeds. That's why deeds matter more than things.
Fact: Find another ayah that says you come to Us alone (Al-An'am 6:94).
Ages 5–8: Treasure box. Draw what you'd take to the next life: good deeds.
Ages 9–12: What matters. Write what we take with us.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will collect good deeds in a deed diary."
Action: Collect good deeds in a deed diary.
