Play the short clip from Islam Is The Straight Path of Abdur-Rahman As-Sudais reciting ayat 77–98 of Maryam.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will be recorded?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I make my record beautiful?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah Maryam is surah 19. Find ayah 79. A man mocked the believers, saying he would surely be given wealth and children in the next life too. Every word is written down. The boaster's proud words are recorded, a calm warning. We can fill our records with kind, true words.

Fact: Find the ayah about the recorders who write every word (Qaf 50:18).

Ages 5–8: Word record. Write down kind words you said today.

Ages 9–12: Records. Write how to fill your record with good.

Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:

• What words are recorded?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• How can your record be good?
• What words will you say?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will say only words I'd be happy to see recorded."

• Keep a word record.
