قُلْ كُلٌّۭ يَعْمَلُ عَلَىٰ شَاكِلَتِهِۦ فَرَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ هُوَ أَهْدَىٰ سَبِيلًۭا
Qul' kullun yaʻ'malu ʻalā shākilatihī farabbukum' 'aʻ'lamu biman' huwa 'ah'dā sabīlan
Say: "Everyone acts according to his own disposition: But your Lord knows best who it is that is best guided on the Way."

Everyone acts in their own way, and your Lord knows best who is most rightly guided.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do people act differently?"
Nouman Ali Khan shares insights on ayat 83–85 on Bayyinah. Parents, watch first and pass on one idea.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who knows best who is guided?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why not judge others' guidance?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Isra is surah 17. Find ayah 84. Each person has their own nature and habits. Only Allah knows who is truly guided. We focus on our own path and make du'a for others.
Fact: Find the ayah 'Allah knows best who is guided' (An-Najm 53:30).
Ages 5–8: Different leaves. Collect different leaves and talk about differences.
Ages 9–12: My way. Write how to improve your own habits.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will improve one of my own habits."
Action: Improve one of your own habits.
