إِذًۭا لَّأَذَقْنَٰكَ ضِعْفَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ وَضِعْفَ ٱلْمَمَاتِ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ عَلَيْنَا نَصِيرًۭا
'Idhan lla'adhaq'nāka ḍiʻ'fa l-ḥayāti waḍiʻ'fa l-mamāti thumma lā tajidu laka ʻalay'nā naṣīran
In that case We should have made thee taste an equal portion (of punishment) in this life, and an equal portion in death: and moreover thou wouldst have found none to help thee against Us!

Had he leaned towards them, he would have faced a double punishment in life and death with no one to help, but Allah kept him safe from that.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Why do great people have great responsibility?"
Sudais recites Al-Isra on a video shared by Imran Kayani. Listen to a few calm minutes.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who could help against Allah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why was the Prophet's responsibility so great?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Isra is surah 17. Find ayah 75. This ayah shows how serious the message was. The Prophet carried it perfectly with Allah's protection. He never changed a word.
Fact: Find the ayah that says the Prophet does not speak from his own desire (An-Najm 53:3).
Ages 5–8: Message keepers. Pass a short message along a line of family members and see if it stays the same.
Ages 9–12: Responsibility. Write why bigger roles bring bigger responsibility.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will do my responsibilities carefully."
Action: Do your responsibilities carefully.
