وَإِن كَادُوا۟ لَيَسْتَفِزُّونَكَ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيُخْرِجُوكَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَإِذًۭا لَّا يَلْبَثُونَ خِلَٰفَكَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا
Wa 'in kādū layas'tafizzūnaka mina l-'ar'ḍi liyukh'rijūka min'hā . wa'idhan llā yal'bathūna khilāfaka 'illā qalīlan
Their purpose was to scare thee off the land, in order to expel thee; but in that case they would not have stayed (therein) after thee, except for a little while.

They tried hard to unsettle the Prophet and drive him out of the land, but had they done so, they would have stayed only a short time after him.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How does it feel to be pushed out of a place?"
Settle down and play the start of Mishary Alafasy's Al-Isra (Recitation Of Quran).
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What did they try to do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What happens to people who push out messengers?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Isra is surah 17. Find ayah 76. The Makkans tried to drive the Prophet out. Allah warned them that people who push out messengers don't last long after.
Fact: Find the ayah about the Prophet being driven out (At-Tawbah 9:40).
Ages 5–8: Welcome. Talk about how to welcome someone new.
Ages 9–12: Pushed out. Write how to stand by someone being pushed out.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will welcome someone who feels left out."
Action: Welcome someone who feels left out.
