Start with bismillah.

Ask: "Who is in your family?"

Daily listen Quran has a short An-Nahl clip of Mishary Alafasy reciting ayat 65–72. Play it all.

Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What family gifts does Allah name?"

Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I thank Allah for my family?" Younger children can draw theirs.

Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nahl is surah 16. Find ayah 72. Parents, children and grandchildren are gifts from Allah. So is the good food we eat. A thankful heart remembers who gave these gifts.

Fact: Find the du'a for family in Al-Furqan 25:74.

Ages 5–8: Family tree. Draw your family with grandparents, parents and children.

Ages 9–12: Family gifts. Write three things you are thankful for in your family.

Finish with: "Al-Furqan 25:74 asks for ___."

Talk together:

• What family gifts are named?
• Which name of Allah does this remind you of?
• How can you thank Allah for family?
• How can you help your family?

Make a small plan: "This week, I will make du'a for my family each night."

• Thank Allah for family.
• Draw your tree.
• Tell someone one line from your family gifts writing.
• Next time: the next ayah (16:73) speaks of powerless false gods. Explore it together!

Action: Make du'a for your family each night.
