وَلِلَّهِ يَسْجُدُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مِن دَآبَّةٍۢ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ
Wa lillahi yas'judu mā fī ssamāwāti wamā fī l-'ar'ḍi min dābbatin wal-malā'ikatu wahum' lā yas'tak'birūna
And to Allah doth obeisance all that is in the heavens and on earth, whether moving (living) creatures or the angels: for none are arrogant (before their Lord).

Everything in the heavens and on the earth bows down to Allah, every creature and the angels, and they are not proud.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What does it mean to bow?"
Begin Nasser Al-Qatami's An-Nahl on islamicfromjamal and listen for a few minutes.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who bows to Allah?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why are the angels never proud?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nahl is surah 16. Find ayah 49. Every creature and every angel submits to Allah, humbly. This is a place where many Muslims make a sajdah of recitation.
Fact: Find another sajdah ayah in Ar-Ra'd 13:15.
Ages 5–8: Sujud. Make a calm sujud and say subhana rabbiyal a'la.
Ages 9–12: Not proud. Write why the angels are never proud.
Finish with: "Ar-Ra'd 13:15 says ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make my sujud slow and calm."
Action: Make your sujud slow and calm.
