4-I guide
So glorify your Lord with praise and be among those who bow down in sujud.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What do you do when your heart feels heavy?"
reverbedrecitations has a short Al-Hijr clip of Saud Ash-Shuraim reciting ayat 85–99. Play it all.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What two things are we told to do?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How do praise and sujud heal a heavy heart?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 98. The cure for a heavy heart is tasbih and sujud. Praising Allah and bowing down brings peace and closeness.
Fact: Find the ayah 'hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah' (Ar-Ra'd 13:28).
Ages 5–8: Peaceful sujud. Make a long, calm sujud.
Ages 9–12: Heart cure. Write how prayer helps when you're sad.
Finish with: "I found it in Surah ___, ayah ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make a long sujud when I feel sad."
Action: Make a long sujud when you feel sad.
