Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Hijr is surah 15. Find ayah 80. Al-Hijr was the rocky land of Thamud, the people of the prophet Salih. They carved homes into mountains. They denied Allah's messengers.
Fact: Where is al-Hijr (Mada'in Salih) today? Find it on a map.
Ages 5–8: Rock homes. Draw homes carved into a cliff.
