4-I guide
People of understanding keep their promise to Allah and never break their agreements.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "How do you feel when someone keeps a promise to you?"
Play the short Ar-Ra'd clip of ayat 19–24 from Al Salam Islamic Center.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What do these people never break?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What promise have I made to Allah?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ar-Ra'd is surah 13. Find ayah 20. Believers promise to worship Allah alone. People of understanding keep that promise, and they keep their word with people too. Trust grows when promises are kept.
Fact: Al-Isra 17:34 says promises will be asked about. Read it with a grown-up.
Ages 5–8: Promise knot. Tie a knot in a string for a promise and untie it when you keep it.
Ages 9–12: Keeping my word. Write about a time you kept a hard promise.
Finish with: "Al-Isra 17:34 says ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will make one small promise and keep it."
Action: Make one small promise and keep it.
