4-I guide
This ayah speaks of a time when Allah's help and victory came, reminding us that every success comes from Allah.
Start with bismillah.
Try to lift or push something heavy on your own, like a box of books. Then try again with two helpers. Ask: "What changed? Who helped you? And who helps the helpers?"
Watch the video of an elephant family raising a baby elephant together. How does the whole herd help?
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose help does this ayah talk about?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "When I win or succeed, who really made it happen?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah An-Nasr is surah 110, and it has just three ayat. Find ayah 1. The surah's name means "help". Can you find that word in the translation?
Fact: Why do geese fly in a V shape when they travel far?
Ages 5–8: Team challenge. Carry a blanket full of soft toys across the room on your own, then with three people holding the corners. Time both tries.
Ages 9–12: Look up how elephants or geese help each other. Write down three ways animals work as a team.
Finish with: "I found that with help we were ___ seconds faster."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "The next time I finish something hard, I will say ___ and thank ___."
Action: Practise your plan the next time you finish something hard.
