يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ ٱلنَّارَ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْوِرْدُ ٱلْمَوْرُودُ
Yaq'dumu qaw'mahu yaw'ma l-qiyāmati fa'aw'radahumu nnāra . wabi''sa l-wir'du l-maw'rūdu
He will go before his people on the Day of Judgment, and lead them into the Fire (as cattle are led to water): But woeful indeed will be the place to which they are led!

On the Day of Judgment Pharaoh will go ahead of his people and lead them into the Fire, a terrible place to arrive.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Where does a bad leader take his followers?"
Husary clips has a short Hud clip of Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary reciting ayat 98–108. Play it all.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Where will Pharaoh lead his people?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I choose leaders who lead to good?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Hud is surah 11. Find ayah 98. This ayah gives one serious picture: a bad leader leads followers to a bad end. Good leaders lead to Allah. We choose wisely whom we follow.
Fact: Find the good leader the Quran tells us to follow in Al-Ahzab 33:21.
Ages 5–8: Good example. Name the finest example to follow: the Prophet.
Ages 9–12: Good leaders. Write qualities of a leader who leads to good.
Finish with: "Al-Ahzab 33:21 says the Prophet is ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will follow one sunnah habit."
Action: Follow one sunnah habit.
