4-I guide
This ayah warns against pushing away an orphan, and teaches us to care for children who have lost a parent.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Imagine starting at a new school where you don't know anyone. How would you want the other children to treat you?"
Watch the video of an elephant herd taking care of young elephants that have lost their mothers.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Who does this ayah tell us about, and how was he treating the orphan?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "How can I help a child who has no mother or father?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Ma'un is surah 107. Find ayah 2. Which word in the translation tells us who was being pushed away?
Fact: What is an orphan, and how do charities in your country help orphans?
Ages 5–8: Welcome kit. Make a small "welcome" card and draw a picture of a game you could invite a new or lonely child to play.
Ages 9–12: With a grown-up, find one trustworthy charity in your country that cares for orphans. What do they do? How could a family help?
Finish with: "I found that ___ helps orphans by ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, at ___, I will be kind to ___ by ___."
Action: Keep to your plan all week.
