4-I guide
This ayah tells us the Fire reaches right to the hearts, reminding us that Allah knows what is inside every heart.
Start with bismillah.
For small children, talk about what is in our hearts and leave out the rest. Older children can ask an ustaz or ustazah more.
Show a whole kiwi fruit (or an orange). Ask: "What do you think it looks like inside?" Then cut it open (with an adult). Were you right?
Watch the short video about how ultrasound lets doctors see inside the body without cutting.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Which part of a person does this ayah mention?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Does Allah know what I'm thinking and feeling?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Humazah is surah 104. Find ayah 7. Which part of the body is named in the translation?
Fact: How does an ultrasound machine use sound to make a picture?
Ages 5–8: Guess the inside. Before cutting three fruits (with an adult), draw what you think is inside. Then cut and compare.
Ages 9–12: Find out three ways doctors see inside the body (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI). Which uses sound? Which uses magnets?
Finish with: "I found that ultrasound uses ___ to see inside."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "Before I do something this week, I will check my heart and ask: why am I doing this?"
Action: Check your heart before one thing each day this week.

An adult does the cutting.
