صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
Ṣirāṭa -lladhīna 'an'ʻam'ta ʻalay'him' ghay'ri l-magh'ḍūbi ʻalay'him' walā ḍḍāllīna
The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray.

4-I guide
The path of those You have blessed, not of those who earned Your anger, nor of those who went astray.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "Whose footsteps do we want to follow?"
Play the short Al-Fatihah clip of ayah 7 from Ummah Muslim.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "Whose path do we ask for?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Who are 'those You have blessed'?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Fatihah is surah 1. Find ayah 7. The blessed are the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs and the righteous (4:69). We ask to follow them and to be kept from going wrong. After Al-Fatihah we say 'Amin', meaning 'O Allah, answer'.
Fact: 'Amin', said after Al-Fatihah, means 'O Allah, accept our du'a'.
Ages 5–8: Say Amin. Say Amin together after reciting Al-Fatihah.
Ages 9–12: The blessed. Write who the blessed people are, using 4:69.
Finish with: "After Al-Fatihah we say ___."
Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will say Amin with meaning after Al-Fatihah."
Action: Say Amin with meaning after Al-Fatihah.
