4-I guide
This ayah tells us that Allah created human beings in the finest form.
Start with bismillah.
Try to pick up a coin without using your thumb. Ask: "How hard was that? What makes our hands so clever?"
Watch the SciShow Kids video about how our bodies move.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "How did Allah create human beings?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What is the most amazing part of my body?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tin is surah 95. Find ayah 4. The key words ahsani taqwim mean the finest, most balanced form.
Fact: How many bones are in one human hand?
Ages 5–8: Hand trace. Draw around your hand. Count and colour the parts of each finger.
Ages 9–12: Thumb test. Tape your thumbs to your palms (gently) and try to write, button a shirt and open a jar. Write about what you learned.
Finish with: "I found that one hand has ___ bones."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will use my hands to ___ for someone."
Action: Use your hands to help someone each day.
