4-I guide
This ayah promises that your Lord will give you, and you will be well pleased.
Start with bismillah.
Ask: "What's a present you once waited a long time for? Was the wait worth it?"
Watch the time-lapse of bamboo growing: sixty days squeezed into sixty seconds.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What will Allah do, and how will the Prophet ﷺ feel?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "What will Allah give that makes us completely pleased?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Ad-Duha is surah 93. Find ayah 5. Look for the key word tarda (you will be pleased). It sounds like the last ayah of Surah Al-Layl!
Fact: How much can some bamboo grow in a single day?
Ages 5–8: Growth chart. Measure a fast-growing plant (cress or a bean) every day for a week and draw a bar for each day.
Ages 9–12: Speed record. Compare how fast bamboo, grass and your hair grow in a day. Use a ruler to show each one.
Finish with: "I found that bamboo can grow ___ in a day."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, while I wait for ___, I will be patient by ___."
Action: Practise patience in one waiting moment each day.
