9:54At-Tawbah
Juz 10 · Page 195وَمَا مَنَعَهُمْ أَن تُقْبَلَ مِنْهُمْ نَفَقَٰتُهُمْ إِلَّآ أَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَبِرَسُولِهِۦ وَلَا يَأْتُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ إِلَّا وَهُمْ كُسَالَىٰ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَ إِلَّا وَهُمْ كَٰرِهُونَ
How to read it
Wa mā manaʻahum' 'an tuq'bala min'hum' nafaqātuhum' 'illā 'annahum' kafarū bi-llahi wabirassūlihī walā ya''tūna ṣṣalāta 'illā wahum' kussālā walā yunfiqūna 'illā wahum' kārihūna
The only reasons why their contributions are not accepted are: that they reject Allah and His Messenger; that they come to prayer without earnestness; and that they offer contributions unwillingly.
