4-I guide
Allah tells the Prophet ﷺ to be patient and give those who reject a little time.
Start with bismillah.
Put an ice cube on a slope (a tilted tray). Ask: "Is it moving? How can you tell?"
Watch the Explaining Everything video about why glaciers move.
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What is the Prophet ﷺ told to give them?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why wait instead of acting right away?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah At-Tariq is surah 86. Find ayah 17, the last one. The key words amhilhum ruwayda mean "give them time, a little while". Allah is patient, and every matter reaches its end at the right time.
Fact: How fast does a glacier move?
Ages 5–8: Slow slide. Put a lump of ice on a slope with a drop of water under it. Mark where it is every ten minutes.
Ages 9–12: Glacier speed. Find out the speed of a famous glacier. How far would it move in a year? In your lifetime?
Finish with: "I found that a glacier moves about ___ a day."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will be patient and gentle when ___."
Action: Practise one patient moment each day.
