4-I guide
Again Allah asks: what will make you understand what the Day of Judgement is?
Start with bismillah.
Say a new word once. Later, ask if everyone remembers it. Then say it three times. Ask: "Which way helped you remember?"
Watch BBC Earth Science's video "How does your memory work?".
Now listen to the ayah together in the app, with the translation. Ask: "What's special about this ayah compared with the last one?"
Each child keeps one wonder question, for example: "Why does Allah ask the question twice?" Younger children can draw theirs.
Find it in the mushaf: Surah Al-Infitar is surah 82. Find ayah 18. It begins with thumma, meaning "then again". Allah repeats the question to show how great and important that Day is, and to help us remember.
Fact: How does repeating something help the brain remember it?
Ages 5–8: Repeat and remember. Learn a short dua by saying it three times every day. Can you say it by the end of the week?
Ages 9–12: Memory tricks. Find out three ways to remember things better (repeating, spacing, teaching others). Try one with a surah.
Finish with: "I found that repeating helps memory because ___."

Talk together:
Make a small plan: "This week, I will repeat one short surah every day until I know it."
Action: Repeat one short surah every day until you know it.
